this week to Amanda Lu, who has sent in the second part of her tale on the Double Third Festival.
Welcome back, also, to Mister Tall and Mister Small, who show two young actresses the real side of being bound and gagged as they find themselves Living the Part.
Also, a friend at Nabber's Empire asked if I would run off a story for her. Well, what else could I say but Oh Carolina.
Which reminded me of a tale that involved No Parking.
I'll be back, God willing as always, next Thursday, but until then I remain

Better late than never
Right, what have we for you this week?
Firstly, the WABAC Machine has kicked up a slice of Fifties Americana with Hit the Road. If you follow me at deviantArt, you may have seen parts of this tale this week, but this is a different version, and involves Young Damsels - so be warned.
We also start a new tale, a sequel to The Widow's Shadow, called The Gentle Touch. Be warned - this has spoilers for both Heidi and An Education, so read at your own peril.
And speaking of An Education - let's start phase 3 with what happened last March, when it was Mothers Day in the UK.
More next week, God and the heatwave willing, but until then I remain,

Another one of THOSE weeks
So this week's new stories will have a short introduction.
Firstly, Heidi and the girls have a chance to explore - once they get their work done - in the second part of Heidi on the Farm. It's amazing what they find...
Meanwhile, back at Veronica's Open House, we meet two more of the mothers, and explore a few new experiences...
We also have a short tale from Golavus, concerning Sara and the Missing Portrait.
Finally, help me to celebrate a previous Bastille Day.
Back with more new work, God Willing, next week, but until then I remain

Looking back upon my life...
Remember May? It was
wet, and it went too quickly, but I never got round to reviewing the site
records.
Until today.
We had 7,976 visits from 4,637 visitors, viewing a total of
30,213 pages. Shout outs to visitors
from Madagascar, Myanmar, Andorra, Iran and Denmark. Still no closer to my home town - although we
have a discerning reader from St Andrews - and on the US watch we have a clean
sweep of all areas.
Now, as to referring sites, I need to thank BondoFox for adding
links to us on his two sites. Also a
shout out to Skybird for all the referrals from his blogs. As to search terms, well...

Let's Celebrate!
and even though it is the middle of summer here, let's celebrate Christmas first - along with the Craig and Holderness families in a tale called Mistletoe and Wine.
Actually, the real reason for celebration is the special days our North American friends have this week. For example, a group of cheerleaders miss the 4th July game because of another thing they have to do - the Freedom Game. I want to thank my friends at Bagger's Empire for allowing me to 'borrow' them for this tale.
Madame X also has connections in America, of course, and that is why she agrees to do a favour for Our American friends.
And, of course, it sometimes happens that, as this archive tale tells, you end up Bound on the 4th of July.
Oh - and I haven't forgotten it was Canada Day on the 1st. No new story this time, but please enjoy again Four Seasons In One Day.
Quick update - my appeal so far has raised about £40 in the first month, but you still have time to support MacMillain nurses - any profits from my eBooks from now until the end of August go straight to them.
More next week, but until then I remain,
