Finally

August is, of course, a holiday month, but I again apologise for the fact there have been so few updates this month. Still, I have three new short stories and a relevant classic for you to consider today.

Firstly, it has been a while since we dropped in on Ginger Cavanaugh, so following on from a suggestion sent by Bayezid we offer a tale called The Finishing Touch.

Secondly, after a long delay we return to Portrait of A Lady, albeit to pause and set up the next stage of the story.

Now, sometimes ideas for stories just hit and they have to be told - as was the case when I considered a story From A Different View.

For the classic, we note that it is the August Bank Holiday in the UK, which means one thing in West London - the Notting Hill Carnival. So why not peruse the tale of Carnival Crime?

Finally, I have added two new links to our collection, and tidied it up a little bit. Remember, we are open to linking with like minded sites - drop me a line if interested.

See you in September.
