Friday 19 December 2014

Greetings

Be it Christmas, Festivius, Solstice, Kwanzaa, or just time with your family, may I wish you all the best of times at this festive season.

As this is the last update for 2014, let's go out with a bang - literally in the last part of Racing Curragh.  There are some very special guests stars in this story, and some old long running storylines take a dramatic turn.  More than that, you'll have to find out for yourself.

May I also direct your attention to a Wikipedia entry on the Blood Princess.  Consider it a taste of things to come...

So, it's Christmas, and how better to celebrate than two versions of some favourite songs?

The first update of this year featured the Family of Crime - and they return with a tale of A Family Christmas.

At the other end of the spectrum, another family have some visitors as we see Jay's Christmas.

And somewhere in the middle, the China Dolls experience a Purple Haze.

We also have a short tale of Christmas Wrappings from Amanda Lu for your entertainment.

As I said at the start, this is the last update for 2014, as KP Presents takes it's traditional Christmas break.  I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for visiting throughout the year, and also all of my contributors, namely Doctor George, Jenny J, Tull, Golavus, Amanda Lu, Jim from Michigan, JennyGagged, Mordaca, Thomas Silk, Rayron D'Olier, Chase, Stefanie, Skybird, and everyone else who has sent something to the site.  I may own the site, I may write some stories, but believe me they all made this site a success.

And thank you for coming back again and again.  You comments, feedback, and encouragement help us all to do a better job.

KP Presents will return, as always God Willing, on Friday 9th January, but until then, as I said have a very Merry Christmas, a peaceful and Happy New Year, and I remain,

KP

Friday 12 December 2014

Are you ready for Christmas yet?

I'm not, but I have hope.

I also have new stories, starting with part 2 of Racing Curragh, as Curragh Park hosts a party to remember for so many reasons...

I also would like to share with you the story of Lady Alicia, as her family and friends help her celebrate her birthday.

Next up, a new tale apart Mark, Jo and their families as they discover the strength in Binding Relationships.

And finally this week, a new story of The Guild from Golavus, called Captives on the Orient Express.

Next week, as always God Willing, is the last update for this year, and is our annual Christmas Special, featuring The Family of Crime, The China Dolls, Jay Edwards - and a few surprises.

Until then, I remain,

KP

Friday 5 December 2014

So, today

We start with the first part of Racing Curragh, on which we're going to explore something of the history of Sandy Richmond's family.  This is going to be different, so i hope you enjoy it.

And talking of the ladies, I should have posted the next story a few weeks ago, so my apologies for the delay in introducing you to Charlotte's Angels.

Next up, Jay Edwards and Mrs McPhee are at work again in Jay Pays A Visit.

We also have the concluding part of Skybird's Dominated by DNA - so now you know the story that led to Project: Pink Widow.

Finally for today, Amanda Lu offers a little tale of Five Daughters and One Mother.

I am trying to clear the backlog of stories, and now my work life is a little more stable I can make some progress there in the next few weeks, but I also have some more festive tales coming, as always God Willing.

For now, however, I remain

Just in passing

Spending a week with shivers, a weeping nose and a splitting headache - sorry two weeks?  Not fun.

So this week, I have a new story from Tull, entitled WPC Drummond's Last Case.  You need to read it to understand why that is the title, and then both Tull and I welcome your thoughts and comments - is this really the end of the road for Wendy Drummond?

Meanwhile, we also have some more Mother and Daughter Moments - including the identity of the copycat Games Player.

John Jacobs also has some short reminisces for you as The Cat Holds Court.

And last, but by no means least, it's Spring Break in New York (yeah, I know - Irony) as the Pussycats relax, have fun, and help out A Friend In Need.

Oh - and you may enjoy this.  Or you may wish to lynch me...

Next week, as always God Willing - I finally get some long promised stories out.  Until then, I remain,

Friday 21 November 2014

Slightly late

but at least we made the update this week.

So first up - Dominique is summoned by Madame X to deal with a business problem, while the Pussycats also deal with details from another angle, in Anna and the Prince of Siam.

Meanwhile, young Fiona Kerr learns more secrets as she sees Holderness Manor Through Fresh Eyes.

We also have a short tale of One Night.

and finally, part 3 of Dominated by DNA, as Sara discovers her calling, and you see the first rumblings of her connections to a certain family...

Next week, as always God willing - a new tale of Mark and his family.

Until then, I remain,

KP

Believe it or not

I don't just throw this lot together - well, not normally, but this week there is a coincidence.

You see, I realized I only ever published the first part of the origin of Sara Smite, aka The Pink Widow, aka Sarah Holderness-Carter, so let's rectify that now with part 2 of Dominated by DNA.

And more recently, we can see what happened when Sarah and Brian called on Jay and Mrs McPhee to give A Helping Hand.

Meanwhile, in New York, a friend of Susan's comes to visit, and then joins Doc as they spend a Weekend at Diana's.

Finally, a tale called Casa Susanna, about which I am saying absolutely - nothing.

Before  I forget, The Black and The Grey, containing Gentlemen robbers and China Doll stories, and the collected first stories of The Pussycat Gang, are now available on iBooks, and hopefully soon elsewhere.  Links on the right if interested.

I return, as always God willing, next week, but for now I remain,

KP

Friday 7 November 2014

OH my

Three weeks to thanksgiving, and only seven weeks to Christmas?  Time is flying by.

So this week, we bring from New York the story of Saving Angel, as Doc Carlton discovers who her real friends are.

We also go back to the twenties as Barty Rhymaes meets an American Heiress and her friends, in a  tale called Jayes and the Ghost.  My thanks to Jennifer Jay for her input on this tale.

Elsewhere, Barry Hampton needs help in Facing the Carpetmen.

And finally, a story from Golavus that introduces The Guild.

More, as ever God Willing next week, but until then I remain.

Spooky ghost, Spooky ghost

First, the blessings of the Goddess on those who worship today as a festival.

So, ghost themed stories - starting with a wartime tale called Spirits in the Night.

Also, three years after the sequel and five after the original story (Sheesh) a new story of the Changelings.

And Juliette Huntingdown is about to meet an ancestor in the form of The Manchester Ghost.

As for the present day ladies, we find Carina meeting her father's family in White Hats - and that even has a bit of a supernatural feel...

Next week, as always God willing - Barty and Jayes are back.

Until then, have a safe Halloween, and I remain,

Friday 24 October 2014

It's getting colder...

But for the ladies of New York, things are heating up, as we visit the White Ladies.  A few surprises in here, ladies and gentlemen, which J-Jell and I hope you enjoy.

Meanwhile back in the UK, Rachel takes up the pen to talk about what Charlie Says...

Also, a special one off tale as we reveal Angela's Secret.

Finally, Tull would like you to know why Eileen Gets Off Lightly.

Next week, as always God willing - the annual Halloween special.

Until then, I remain,

Catching up on Photo Stories

Two more this week.  First, three sisters in Hong Kong go home after a birthday party for one of them - and then they are forced to tend to their pregnant sister and Make Her Comfortable.

Next up, a return to the characters we first met in Weekend at the Cabin, in a story set other thirty years ago called Dinner at Veronika's.

We also have part 2 of New Starts - with a warning that there are some scenes that may upset people.  I know, it's the Pussycat Gang - this is different.  Trust me.

Finally today, the man who is Not a Robber visits The Office.

More, as always God willing, next week, but until then I remain
