Hoots Mon!!

Sorry - Still recovering from celebrating Burns Night last Monday. Which is as good an excuse as any to offer a silly little tale I call Robber Burns.

Meanwhile, one woman discovers her family all share a secret when she uncovers the Family Legends. This story has embedded links to accompanying photos - let me know what you think of this way to present stories in the poll opposite.

Finally, my friend Mordaca wishes to tell you the tale of The Inconvenient Witness.

See you next week.

A principle of industry

is continuous improvment through Research and development. Just ask Coco in part 4 of Home Sweet Home.

For those who may be interested (and anyone else) I'm working on a follow up to The Chocolate Cat with a very special co-author. Stay tuned...

Following on

I had hoped to have a tale for this time of year ready for today, but it's not ready yet. I need to add a little more detail, as well as eat some haggis first...

So, let me offer a rare occasion where we have two sequels to tales recently published.

Over at my DeviantArt page, I offered to do some request stories, and Dottie (the subject of Desert Dream) reminded me I had promised a sequel. Here we are with Dottie's Dilemma.

Meanwhile, at the end of Home Revision we had a hint of another tale - namely Jackie's Tale.

Finally, I do a little catch up on old stories with a tale of Quiet Company.

More Tuesday.

Coco's Education

continues today with part 3 of Home Sweet Home in the La Cioccolata section.

Apologies for the laet upload - the next update this week will be Friday, when I hope to have ready a couple of seasonal tales...

Coming from the past

Some time ago I did a private request story, and I now have permission to share that story. You can now enjoy the tale of Desert Dream, and my thanks to Dottie for giving permission to print this.

I also gave the WABAC machine a swift kick, and it rewarded that by giving me a tale called Home Revision.

Finally, Mordaca offers another tale of Chelsea and her friends in Another Real Fictional Ordeal.

UPDATE: I inadvertantly loaded the worng version of the first story up. I've changed that now.

At home with Coco and Margot

in part 2 of Home Sweet Home in the La Cioccolata section.

More Thursday - and if you would like to contribute, don't forget to drop me a line.

Right then...

To business.

First of all, when Mordaca challenges me with a set of photos it gets very interesting. See what I mean in a story called Tell Me On A Sunday, with embedded links.

And speaking of Mordaca, try Trapped By An Unsuitable Filming Shoot for size.

Finally, a short tale of Tara and Lucinda set in the snow bound slopes called (and apologies for this) Apres Skein.

More next week.

Happy New Year!!

I trust you all had a good holiday - I know I did. So good, in fact, that I'm behind on a couple of tales I hoped to get up today. Sorry about that - I should be back to normal by Thursday.

However, do not be dejected, as we have a very special treat today that should help tide things over for a few days - namely a never before published story of La Cioccolata by Gillian B. Once again with the kind permission of her family, we present part 1 of Home Sweet Home, with further parts to follow over the next couple of weeks. I'm also working on a follow-up to The Chocolate Cat with a special guest author, so watch this space.

Normal service resumed on Thursday, promise.
